GLR Distributors opened for business in 1981 in Hertford, Hertfordshire. After trading for about 12 years we purchased Charles Kennions business. This increased our ability to supply a large range of locomotive drawings and castings for: 

 FIREFLY, TWIN SISTERS, 7.1/4" TICH and more, including many LBSC DESIGNS previously supplied by Kennion Brothers.

Having been based in Hertfordshire for 26 years and travellng from Northampton every day, with all the problems that occur on the motorways these days, and our lease coming an end, we decided to make life a little easier by moving nearer home, hence the move to Daventry.

We wish to thank all the customers that called on us in Hertfordshire, and will do our best to give them an excellant service should they order by post or carrier. and of course we would be happy to see them when they visit our new and larger premises in Daventry.
