Ordering by phone:   You can pay by Credit card or Debit card. When you phone please have your name and address, daytime telephone number and card details ready. We will need the card number, expiry date and security number (Last 3 digits on the back)  xxxx xxx

Ordering by post:   Send a written order accompanied by payment. Cheque made payable to GLR Distributors Ltd. Postal order or credit/debit card with details of of card as above. Don't forget  to add Post & P cking as appropriate.

Ordering by fax :   Fax your order with delivery address and card details as above.

Ordering by e-mail:   Email to www.modelmakingsupplies.co.uk Please include your Name & Address, Daytime telephone number and we will phone you for payment details.

Catalogue & Website:   Send 6 first class stamps for a catalogue and price list or visit our on-line shop at www.modelmakingsupplies.co.uk

Visit our premises:   You are wecome to visit our premises, our opening hours are 9.00am til 5.00pm Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 12pm Saturday. You may browse round the store at your leisure as we have some items not listed in catalogue.

Customer details:   If you have ordered from us before we should be able to find your name and address on our database with your post code.

Delivery:   Stock orders are usually despatched within 2 days, if we are out of stock on a particular item you may have to wait a few days. Deliveries are normally sent by carrier on a next day service. Any parcel under a kilo in weight will be sent first class post.

If you order castings, please give us as much lead time as possible as we cannot keep every casting in stock.

Urgent orders:   If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to send it as soon as possible.

Minimum orders:   Because of the high cost of carriage and processing orders we have a minimum order policy of £7.50 by 1st class post and £15.00 by carrier. The cost of carriage decreases considerably from 1 Kilo to 30 Kilos making it more economical to order as much as you need in one parcel.

Prices:   Prices shown in he catalogue are correct at the time of issue but we resrve the right to change prices to that ruling on he day of despatch should there have been cost increases beyond our control. We are happy to confirm latest prices by phone, post or e-mail.

Descriptive matter:   Illustrations, dimentions and weghts issued by the company are to be regarded as guidence only and cannot be held binding in any way. The company reserve the right to alter pattern and designs without prior notice.

Goods ordered in error:   We will accept goods returned which have been ordered in error providing they are new and unused. We cannot however refund or credit the cost of sending the original order to you, we can only refund or credit the cost of the goods.

Are sent at rates quoted below and will require a signature, if you are out they will card you
and you may have to collect from the nearest depot.
